Forage celebrates all things BC. Being part of the burgeoning movement committed to farm-to-table fare, Forage connects diners to local fishers, foragers and farmers. The menu is delicious, but also reflective of Chef Chris Whittaker’s uncompromising commitment to local ingredients and building community through shared plates.
The menu is ever-changing based on the ingredients that are seasonable and available, yet always inventive and bursting with flavour.
